A central tower leads into the villa’s courtyard atrium dotted with palm trees. The oceanfront decks face the sea and borders the rocky shoreline. Loungers surround the pool and sundeck, while cushioned armchairs furnish the veranda and balconies. The infinity pool seems to flow into the sea, and a set of stairs leads down to the residential beach. Check out the stars from the rooftop deck for an unforgettable evening. The entry courtyard is surrounded by lounging areas that flow into the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The air-conditioned living room is outfitted with cable TV, and the dining area’s wooden dining table seats 12. The kitchen is outfitted with a granite-topped bar, coffee maker, wine coolers, a blender, and GE Profile appliances. Limin’ da Coconut also offers WiFi, an alarm system, a washing machine, and a dryer. Housekeeping is available six days per week, but guests can request fewer days for more privacy.

Limin’ da Coconut features four ensuite master bedrooms and a children’s bunkroom. The four master suites each have a private terrace and European-designed ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom is accessed via walkways and bridges to elevate the intimate, yet open atmosphere. The ensuite bathrooms feature granite countertops, polished Jewelstone showers, and bidets. There are two bedrooms upstairs, and one has an outdoor shower. The remaining three suites are downstairs, including the bunkroom. One of the lower level master suites also has a bathtub. The bunkroom has two twin beds and two trundles. The twin beds can convert into a king to create a fifth master suite.
